Shipping policy

Free USPS shipping for samples, 2 business days to process and 5-7 business days to be received.
Free UPS Ground shipping on all domestic orders, we will ship in 1-3 business days from receipt of order.

If you would like expedited shipping: please choose and select your preferred speed at checkout for an additional fee.
Expedited shipping is available for a fee, please choose your preferred carrier (UPS or FEDEX)
Delivery to a P.O. Box is not available and we don't ship goods during the weekends.
We can only guarantee delivery to permanent residential or business addresses.
Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our offices are only open Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm Eastern Time.
Once tracking has been applied to an order, we are unable to cancel the order. Shipped orders will be subject to our return policy upon delivery.

We are pleased to ship to Canada:

  • Sample Shipping (orders under $40): $12 USD — estimated 5–8 business days
  • Standard Shipping (1 roll, orders $40–$120): $28 USD — estimated 5–8 business days
  • Standard Shipping (2–4 rolls, orders $120–$350): $52 USD — estimated 5–8 business days
  • Large Order Shipping (orders over $350): $75 USD — estimated 7–10 business days

All international orders are shipped from the United States. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Casa Mia Wallcovering is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

All orders are shipped from the United States and are priced in US Dollars (USD).

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total at checkout:

  • Sample Shipping: $15.00 USD (orders up to $54.99)
  • Standard Shipping (1 roll): $38.00 USD (orders $55.00–$120.00)
  • Standard Shipping (2–4 rolls): $68.00 USD (orders $120.01–$350.00)
  • Standard Shipping Large Order: $85.00 USD (orders over $350.00)

Delivery Times International shipments to Mexico typically arrive within 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on customs processing times.

Customs & Import Duties Orders shipped to Mexico may be subject to customs inspection. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by Mexican customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer. Casa Mia Wallcovering does not collect or pre-pay Mexican import duties or IVA at checkout.

Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement)

Approximately 90% of Casa Mia Wallcovering products are manufactured in the United States and qualify for preferential tariff treatment under the USMCA agreement. Canadian and Mexican customers receiving qualifying US-made products may be eligible for 0% import duty at the Canadian and Mexican border.

A USMCA Certificate of Origin will be included with all eligible shipments. Please note that a small selection of products sourced outside the United States do not qualify for USMCA treatment and may be subject to standard Canadian or Mexican import duties upon delivery.
